Welcome to Patrician Military Housing, strategically located at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Belle Chasse, Louisiana and The Village At Federal City, Algiers, Louisiana (formerly Naval Support Activity).  We offer town home and garden home style living in the surrounding New Orleans Area. Both communities offer military friendly housing to Active Military, Retirees, Reservists, and DoD Civilians.

Our mission is to provide quality homes to our military families.  We pride ourselves in providing customer service excellence, and quick and courteous maintenance response time.

Patrician Military Housing was one of the first privatized housing partnerships established in 2001.  We are located on a joint reserve base and proudly serve all branches of the military.  Our parent company, Patrician Management, LLC has been in the multi-family housing industry for over 86 years.

We employ highly trained and skilled professionals who provide exceptional resident services which include 24-hour maintenance, lawn care service, discounted cable, free utilities, and free special events.  We seek and welcome resident feedback through surveys, town hall meetings, resident advisory board meetings, suggestion box, and correspondence.

We encourage you to experience our southern charm and hospitality.  Downtown New Orleans is just 20 minutes from Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base and only 10 minutes from The Village At Federal City where you will experience the finest in Cajun and Multi Cultural cuisine.  New Orleans and the surrounding parishes offer diversified entertainment for everyone!  Take a ride on the mighty Mississippi aboard a river boat, experience the wild life in their natural habitat at Audubon Zoo, eat flavored mealworms at the Insectarium, gaze at the aquatic creatures at Aquarium of the Americas, visit the Imax Theater, catch throws at Mardi Gras, fun and frolic at one of our many year round festivals, concerts, plays, museums, camping, sporting events and enjoy some of the finest fishing in the United States.  Our staff will be happy to assist you in providing information and links to your entertainment interests.

Belle Chasse is a family community located on the west bank side of the Mississippi River in Plaquemines Parish.  It offers some of the finest public schools in Louisiana.  NASJRB is home to the first NASA Explorer School – Belle Chasse Academy (K-8).  New Orleans Military/Maritime Academy, a charter high school set to open in fall 2011, is planned for a site on the Federal City military complex, Algiers, LA.  Federal City and the future school are located in walking distance to The Village at Federal City, military housing.
